(1) The Government of Nepal can encourage the private sector and other organizations that are involved in building sports infrastructure, sponsoring sports and conducting competitions at the national level.
(2) Associations, commercial or industrial establishments employing at least twenty players or former players may be encouraged as prescribed.
(3) The provincial government can encourage the private sector and other organizations that organize sports infrastructure, sponsor sports and organize competitions at the provincial level.
(4) The local level can encourage the private sector and other organizations that contribute to the construction of sports infrastructure and competition.
(5) Notwithstanding anything else written in this section, no advertising or sponsorship of alcohol or tobacco products shall be allowed during the conduct of sports competitions and no organization related to such substances shall be encouraged.
